We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted operations of trading systems, networks, servers, and end-user devices.
Must having atleast 10yrs of experience in share market industry on NSE/BSE softwares
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide technical support to traders, dealers, and office staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of trading applications, terminals, and back-office software.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
- Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches.
- Configure and troubleshoot email accounts, printers, and shared network resources.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and accessories.
- Perform regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and software vendors for issue resolution.
- Monitor server health and system performance to minimize downtime.
- Implement IT security policies and ensure endpoint protection.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and support tickets.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.
- Provide technical support during market hours with quick issue resolution.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
