Production Support & DevOps Engineer
Must-Have Skills:
- Should have HSBC Prior Experience in Production Support.
- Strong hands-on experience in production support/service management in complex, multi-team environments.
- Unix/Linux administration; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- CI/CD: Jenkins (plus Maven exposure helpful).
- IaC/Config: Terraform, Ansible; scripting in Bash and Python.
- Containers: Kubernetes (Docker nice to have).
- Observability: Grafana/Prometheus/InfluxDB, Elastic stack; familiarity with Splunk/ELK.
- Service tooling: ServiceNow; Agile tools JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
