Neeraali Digital Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to convert company-provided leads into clients. This is a sales-focused role where you will interact with business owners, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and other potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
The company will provide leads. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospects, conduct meetings, present our services, follow up regularly, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-generated leads.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, Google Meet presentations, and client meetings.
- Present digital marketing services and solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project handover.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or B2B Sales.

- Ability to conduct online and in-person client meetings.
- Comfortable with field visits when required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
