Job Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in the Sheet Metal Industry to ensure product quality and maintain process standards in manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Ensure products meet customer drawings and specifications
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
- Monitor rejection and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process control
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years experience in QA – Sheet Metal Industry
- Knowledge of GD&T and drawing reading
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools
- Root cause analysis & problem solving
- Good communication and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
