- Help Customers Buy: Welcome showroom visitors, listen to what they need, and guide them to the right furniture, material, and layout options.
- Be the Expert: Learn our product catalog inside out. You should be able to confidently explain the quality, wood types, fabrics, and care instructions to customers.
- Hit Sales Goals: Meet your monthly sales targets by turning showroom walk-ins into happy buyers.
- Manage the Sale: Handle the customer journey from the first hello to booking the delivery and checking in after installation.
- Keep the Showroom Beautiful: Make sure the display furniture looks stunning, clean, and correctly priced at all times.
