- Office Supplies: Monitoring office supply levels and placing orders for replenishment.
- Visitor and Client Support: Acting as a receptionist, greeting visitors, and providing general support to clients and the public.
- Confidentiality: Handling and storing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining contact databases and customer information.
