Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive & Telecaller to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, internal coordination, and supporting day-to-day back-end office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry, record keeping, and file management (physical and digital).
- Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Handle internal communications and coordination with other departments.
- Monitor emails, prepare official correspondence, and respond when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.A / B.Sc. preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar back office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP / Tally is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
