Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components, tooling, fixtures, and assemblies using Fusion 360.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and production.
- Develop and validate prototype models for product improvement and testing.
- Coordinate with production and machining teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and manufacturability for precision machining components.
- Modify and optimize existing designs based on customer and production requirements.
- Support new product development activities and tooling improvements.
- Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and engineering records.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fusion 360 software.
- Experience in Tooling Design and fixture development.
- Knowledge of Prototype Development and product testing processes.
- Understanding of Precision Machining, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
