Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Office Secretary to manage daily office administration and documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed in both English and Hindi, strong drafting skills, and good command over MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Fast and accurate typing in English & Hindi.
- Draft professional letters, emails, quotations, and official documents.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation efficiently.
- Prepare reports and data using MS Excel.
- Create documents in MS Word and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office registers, records, and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in English & Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong drafting and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint.
- Good record management and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of internet and email handling.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in office administration/secretarial work
