We are looking for a highly skilled, dynamic, and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to higher secondary students aligning with the State Board syllabus, while simultaneously preparing defense aspirants for the NDA written examination. The candidate must possess deep subject knowledge, shortcut techniques for competitive exams, and excellent communication skills
NDA Preparation: Train students specifically for the NDA Mathematics paper, focusing on speed, accuracy, and shortcut methods (tricks) required tocrack MCQ-based competitive exams
Doubt Resolution: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to address individual student queries and boost their confidence.
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, B.Tech, M.Sc (Maths), or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics for State Boards and competitive exams like NDA /JEE. (Prior experience in a defense academy is a huge plus). Subject Expertise: Exceptional command over core topics like Calculus, Algebra, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, and Statistics. Pedagogy: Ability to bridge the gap between subjective board exam patterns (step-by-step writing) and objective competitive exam patterns (fast elimination/shortcuts). Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (for teaching and study materials). Ability to explain concepts in Hindi/Regional language contextually is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
