Position Overview
weSure Group is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to join our dynamic finance team. This role will involve close collaboration with our US-based finance team, requiring work during afternoon hours aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in US-based ERP systems and demonstrate exceptional financial management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations in coordination with the US finance team
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in US-based ERP systems
- Ensure compliance financial regulations
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and executive leadership
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations
- Support audit processes and maintain internal controls
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives
Required QualificationsEducation & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications if any
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proven experience working with US-based ERP systems (e.g., Priority, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage Intacct, or similar)
- Experience collaborating with US-based teams or clients is highly preferred
- Background in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in US-based ERP systems and financial software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with financial reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to work during afternoon/evening hours to align with US time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Background in leading finance teams or managing direct reports
- Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of international finance and multi-currency transactions
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid work model: combination of office and remote work
- Work hours: Afternoon shift starting around 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM IST to align with US business hours (typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/PST)
- Direct reporting line to the US finance team leadership
- Regular virtual meetings and collaboration with US-based colleagues

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
