- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and conventional machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum machine availability.
- Maintain machine maintenance records and history cards.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
