Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Monitor reception, consultation, therapy, pharmacy, and support team activities.
- Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and improve workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and branch staff for smooth patient management.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient visits and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate tie-ups.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities for clinic promotion.
- Build relationships with corporates, communities, and referral partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support sales activities for Ayurveda & Unani treatments, packages, and products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate clinic teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor achievements.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads and staff.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure excellent patient experience from appointment to follow-up.
- Develop patient retention and follow-up strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Healthcare Management / related field.
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or clinic operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of local market and customer relationships is an advantage.
Experience:
3–8 years of experience in Clinic Operations / Business Development / Healthcare Management preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
