Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer rollout process.
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
