Project Exposure: Minimum experience in 1 end-to-end implementation project or 2–3 support
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and support projects.
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from clients.
- Prepare project documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Design Documents (FDD), Functional Testing Documents and User Manuals.
- Configure Business Central solutions to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct functional testing of both standard and customized system functionalities.
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs and user training sessions.
- Design business solutions and recommend process improvements using Business Central capabilities.
- Provide functional support during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure successful delivery of customizations and integrations.
- Manage client communications effectively and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a functional consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Minimum 1 implementation project at domestic or international level.
- Experience working with domestic clients is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ready to travel client site as and when required.
- Readiness for service commitment
