- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by employees and contractors.
- Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for workers and staff.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and mock drills.
- Ensure fire safety systems and emergency equipment are properly maintained.
- Support management in achieving HSE objectives and safety targets.
- Monitor contractor safety performance at project/site locations.
- Ensure implementation of risk assessment and safe work procedures.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
