We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for BTech freshers who are interested in business, technology, and client interaction, and want to build a long-term career in business development.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Communicate with prospects to understand their business needs
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and track leads and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for client requirements
- Learn and understand company products and solutions
Requirements
- BTech graduate (any stream) – Freshers welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of technology, software, or digital products
- Willingness to learn sales and business development processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with emails, presentations, and online research
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or tech
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, or cold outreach
- Interest in SaaS, marketplaces, or software products
