We are looking for an experienced HR professional from the Paper, Pulp, Packaging, Paper Manufacturing, or allied process industry to lead and strengthen our HR function.

HR Operations, Payroll & MIS Reporting
Liaison with Plant Leadership and Business Heads
Requirements:
Proven experience in the Paper/Manufacturing industry is mandatory Strong exposure to IR, compliance, and plant HR operations Leadership experience in a mid to large manufacturing setup Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills
