Hiring HR Officer – Heavy Engineering Fabrication Industry
About the Company
We are a growing MSME Engineering Fabrication Unit in Coimbatore engaged in structural fabrication ,Belt conveyor and Piping Products and industrial components manufacturing, serving reputed clients to PAN INDIA & OVERSEAS as well
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Recruitment – Helpers, Welders, Fitters, Operators & Supervisors, Sles Engineers,Accounts, Stores,Design, Engineering etc.
- Handling complete Factory HR operations
- PF, ESI, Payroll & statutory compliance
- Contract Labour monitoring (if applicable)
- Attendance & Overtime Management
- Labour Law compliance under Factories Act & related Acts
- Handling labour inspections & liaison with authorities
- Maintaining discipline & smooth shop-floor coordination
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Fabrication industry
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Factories Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Contract Labour Act
- EPF & ESI Regulations
- Minimum Wages & Wage Administration
- Ability to independently handle HR function in MSME setup
- Practical exposure to plant-based HR
