Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions
- Test creatives, audiences, and ad funnels for better performance
Funnel & Growth Marketing
- Build and optimize TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU marketing funnels
- Improve customer journey and conversion rates across channels
- Execute retargeting and engagement campaigns
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Monitor website traffic, bounce rate, and conversion performance
- Coordinate with design/development teams for landing page improvements
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, CTAs, and landing pages
SEO & Organic Marketing
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic using SEO tools
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
CRM & Retention Marketing
- Manage Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Create automation workflows and customer retention journeys
- Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using GA4 and ad platforms
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital or Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience in eCommerce or D2C brands preferred
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, Shopify/WooCommerce
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, and funnel metrics
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or WebEngage
- Understanding of CRO, UI/UX, and ad copywriting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
