Key Responsibilities
- Operate SKODA and PAMA Horizontal Boring Machines for heavy machining applications
- Handle large and heavy components independently with precision and safety
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to plan machining strategy
- Select suitable tooling and fixtures for various machining jobs
- Maintain quality standards, safety procedures, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate with planning and quality departments for timely completion of jobs
Candidate Requirements
- ITI Machinist with minimum 4–5 years of practical HBM experience
- Hands-on experience on Toshiba / TOS / SKODA / PAMA Horizontal Boring Machines preferred
- Ability to independently operate and edit CNC programs
- Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings
- Strong discipline, ownership mindset, and safety awareness
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice preferred
