Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and marketplace ads.
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and sales growth aligned with FMCG business
objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including budgeting, targeting, creatives,
bidding strategies, and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve
performance metrics.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, CAC).
- Analyze campaign data and generate regular performance reports and actionable
insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and reduce
acquisition costs.
- Track website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics,
Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Cost Control
- Manage and optimize monthly and quarterly marketing budgets efficiently.
- Ensure maximum ROI while maintaining cost-effectiveness across all paid channels.
- Coordinate with finance for billing, and reconciliations.
FMCG & Food Category Focus
- Understand FMCG buying behavior, seasonal trends, product launches, and
promotional cycles.
- Work closely with brand, sales, and distribution teams to align campaigns with GTM
strategies.
- Support new product launches, regional campaigns, distributor promotions, and
festive offers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal creative teams or agencies for ad creatives, videos, and
landing pages.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, sales, and CRM teams to track lead quality and
conversion outcomes.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all paid channels.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance-driven digital
platforms
- 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Ecom & Qcom; preferably in FMCG or food industry or consumer goods
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with marketing automation, tracking tools, and dashboards
- Budget management and ROI-focused mindset
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a
related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or Performance Marketing will be an added
advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
