Job Summary
We are hiring an E5 leader to own a large technology delivery portfolio of approximately $25M annual revenue span and 300 FTE. The portfolio will include a significant Run / Managed Services base along with Change, modernization, engineering transformation and AI-led delivery improvement programs. Role Title Options Preferred title: E5 Band - Engineering Transformation & Delivery Leader What This Role Must Deliver Dimension Expectation Recruiter Signal Run Transformation Lead large AMS / production support estates and reduce manual effort through ticket elimination, observability, problem management, AI-assisted operations and automation. Must have large Run experience Change Delivery Lead application development, modernization, platform, cloud, data and integration programs while managing delivery risk and customer outcomes. Must not be Run-only Engineering Excellence Drive engineering metrics, DevOps maturity, quality engineering, developer productivity, technical debt reduction and reliability practices. Tech mindset needed AI-led Productivity Embed GenAI and automation into engineering and support workflows, with measurable productivity or quality outcomes.
