Job Role: Sales Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management – Build, maintain, and expand client relationships by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Growth – Drive business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and unlock new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up – Collaborate with the Marketing Associate to identify, pursue, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.
- Global Merchandiser Collaboration – Work closely with the Global Merchandiser to ensure smooth execution of client orders and high-quality service delivery.
- Vendor Coordination – Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage procurement, production, and timely order execution.
- Client Collaboration – Act as a trusted advisor by providing consistent support, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Order Management – Oversee the complete sales cycle, from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Service Excellence – Provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships and strengthen business relationships.
- Attention to Detail – Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in managing accounts, documentation, and execution processes.
