Job Title: Recruitment Lead – BPO Hiring

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and drive the recruitment function for a growing BPO business. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in bulk hiring within the BPO sector and proven expertise in leading and managing recruitment teams.
This role requires a hands-on recruitment leader who can build hiring strategies, manage high-volume recruitment operations, and ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring requirements.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.
- Drive recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Recruitment Operations Management
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment targets and hiring SLAs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Volume Hiring
- Manage large-scale hiring for voice, non-voice, backend, and blended BPO operations.
- Optimize sourcing channels to improve hiring efficiency and reduce recruitment costs.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Operations, HR, and Business Leaders to understand hiring priorities.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
Team Leadership
- Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
- Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adequate team capacity to meet projected hiring volumes.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
- Mandatory experience in bulk hiring within the BPO industry.
- Mandatory team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of voice, non-voice, backend, and blended hiring processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
