Designation: BEAT TRAINER Job Description: - As a Trainer – NHIP Program, you will be responsible for delivering classroom, virtual, and field-based training programs for frontline teams. The role involves onboarding new joiners, conducting refresher and capability-building sessions, and driving performance improvement through structured learning interventions. You will work closely with field teams to identify skill gaps, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure effective knowledge transfer. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating engaging training sessions, conducting assessments and certifications, and supporting the overall learning and development objectives of the organization. The primary focus of this role is to enhance employee capability, improve operational effectiveness, and drive performance through continuous learning and field coaching initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery Deliver classroom and field-based training programs for frontline teams. Conduct induction, refresher, process, and technical training sessions. Facilitate engaging learning experiences through classroom training, field coaching, and on-the-job guidance. Support trainees in improving performance, productivity, and adherence to defined processes. Assessment & Evaluation Assess trainee learning outcomes through evaluations, certifications, and performance reviews. Support the onboarding and certification of new joiners. Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and performance evaluations. Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly training reports. Ownership & Stakeholder Management Take ownership of trainee performance within the assigned territory. Monitor and drive performance improvement initiatives for trainees through regular coaching and follow-ups. Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure effective implementation of learning interventions. Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of overall work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Field Coaching, or Sales Training. Strong classroom facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage participants and deliver effective training sessions. Experience in conducting assessments, certifications, and performance improvement initiatives will be preferred. Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements. Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Retail, Banking, or Channel Sales environments will be an added advantage.
