Job Title: Admission Counselor – Salon Academy
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can effectively guide and convince students to enroll in our salon training courses. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in and online inquiries about salon courses (hair, beauty, makeup, etc.)
- Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and benefits to students
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Maintain and update student database and inquiry records
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
- Handle calls, WhatsApp queries, and social media inquiries professionally
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counseling / sales (preferably education or salon industry)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of salon or beauty courses is a plus
- Target-driven and self-motivated

- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
