Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting audits and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation activities
- Maintain general ledger and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Process vendor payments and coordinate with internal departments
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Prepare and maintain accounting documentation and records
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Use accounting software such as Tally Prime,SAP or similar tools
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
