Job Title: Reservations Associate
Reports To: Reservations Manager
Job Summary
The Reservations Associate is responsible for handling room reservation requests, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and ensuring accurate reservation records. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide courteous and efficient service to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Reservation Handling
Receive and process room reservations via phone, email, online portals, and walk-ins.
Enter reservation details accurately into the hotel’s reservation system.
Confirm bookings and provide guests with reservation details.
Guest Assistance
Provide information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
Assist guests with special requests and preferences.
Handle modifications, cancellations, and amendments to reservations.
Coordination
Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping departments regarding room availability.
Ensure proper communication regarding VIP arrivals, group bookings, and special requests.
Sales & Upselling
Promote hotel services, packages, and upgrades to maximize revenue.
Encourage guests to book directly with the hotel when possible.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles.
Prepare reservation reports as required by management.
Customer Service
Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations professionally.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,349.98 - ₹20,000.00 per month
