Job Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role
Lakmé Academy Barasat is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive student walk-ins and admissions through on-ground marketing and outreach activities.
The candidate will represent the Lakmé brand at schools, colleges, events, and public areas — creating awareness about our beauty, makeup, hair, and cosmetology courses.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, building relationships, and meeting new people every day while being part of one of India’s most recognized beauty training brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions to promote Lakmé Academy courses.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing, distribute flyers, and place posters at strategic locations.
- Identify new tie-ups and event opportunities for student outreach and lead generation.
- Collect enquiry data and update the lead report daily.
- Work closely with the telecounselling and admissions team to ensure lead follow-up and conversion.
Brand Promotion & Event Support
- Represent Lakmé Academy Barasat at career fairs, exhibitions, and local youth events.
- Coordinate and support field-level promotional activities, roadshows, and beauty workshops.
- Ensure brand visibility through local marketing campaigns and field activations.
- Conduct feedback surveys from potential students and promote upcoming batches or offers.
Reporting & Coordination
- Achieve monthly walk-in and lead generation targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit them to the Center Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution and creative requirements.
- Provide inputs on local market trends, competitors, and student preferences.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and energy are encouraged to apply).
Skills Required:
- Good communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and Bengali (English is a plus).
- Confidence in public speaking and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to travel locally within assigned areas.
- Basic understanding of marketing and student counseling.
- Positive, target-oriented attitude.
