Job Profile:
The candidate will take complete charge of the Accounts & Finance Function of the company and lead an existing team of 10 accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & manage accounting and finance operations
* Supervise and guide the accounts team
* Ensure accurate financial reporting & MIS
* Handle GST, TDS, audits & statutory compliance
* Manage budgeting, costing & financial planning
* Coordinate with management and external stakeholders
* Ensure strong financial controls & process improvements
* Oversee SAP/ERP-based accounting & reporting systems
Preferred Experience:
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred
* Strong exposure in accounts, finance & compliance
* Team handling & leadership experience mandatory
* Excellent communication & decision-making skills
