About the Role
Enersion is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales & Energy Analysis Associate to support our sales and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in clean energy, sustainability, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to perform project calculations, energy and environmental benefit analyses, customer outreach, CRM management, and partner relationship coordination.
This role plays a key part in helping customers understand the technical and financial value of Enersion’s solutions while supporting the overall sales process and reducing operational workload for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform energy analysis, project calculations, and feasibility assessments for customer projects
- Prepare environmental benefit analyses and develop business cases for clean energy projects
- Support proposal preparation, customer presentations, and technical documentation
- Assist in presenting technical and financial project findings to customers and partners
- Conduct outreach to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer records
- Support relationship management with distributors, channel partners, consultants, and customers
- Coordinate with internal engineering and business development teams
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales support materials
- Help identify and qualify new business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and technical stakeholders
- Experience with Excel, energy calculations, data analysis, or technical reporting is preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer relationship management is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in clean energy, sustainability, HVAC, energy systems, or climate technology is highly preferred

Work Environment
- Primarily remote work arrangement
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai, India
- Team meetings and collaboration sessions will take place in person approximately twice per week
