Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: B-37/B, 3rd Floor, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Products (Aluminium Wire Manufacturing – Scrap Based)

Role Overview :We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial B2B sales to drive business growth for our aluminium wire manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with industrial clients, managing long-term B2B relationships, handling pricing discussions, and coordinating closely with plant and operations teams.
While experience in metals or aluminium is an advantage, candidates from any manufacturing or industrial product background are encouraged to apply.
This role is not suitable for candidates from pure service-based or consumer-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Expansion
Identify and develop new industrial clients such as manufacturers, OEMs, EPC contractors, traders, and distributors.
Explore new markets and business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial ecosystem.
2. End-to-End B2B Sales Management
Handle the complete sales cycle: lead generation → requirement understanding → technical/commercial discussions → pricing → negotiation → closure.
Present product features, specifications, and commercial benefits to industrial buyers.
3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B and repeat clients.
Act as the key point of contact for pricing, order coordination, and issue resolution.
4. Factory & Operations Coordination
Work closely with production, quality, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Communicate customer-specific requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines to internal teams.
5. Market Awareness & Pricing
Track market trends, raw material pricing, competitor activity, and customer demand.
Share regular market feedback and insights with management.
6. Sales Planning & Strategy
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans and targets.
Identify growth opportunities, new customer segments, and potential product expansions.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and client visit reports.
Provide regular MIS and performance updates to management.
8. Product & Technical Understanding
Develop a working understanding of product specifications, grades, applications, and quality standards.
Confidently interact with technical and commercial stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements
5–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Exposure to selling industrial products, raw materials, components, or engineered goods.
Strong negotiation, pricing, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in a plant-driven, target-oriented setup. Preferred Qualifications Technical or Engineering background in: Mechanical, Electrical ,Electronics ,Other relevant technical disciplines
Prior exposure to metals, wires, cables, industrial materials, or heavy manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Candidates from Computer Science / IT-only roles or Civil Engineering backgrounds are not preferred for this position.

Comfortable engaging with factory teams, vendors, and industrial clients.

This role is strictly for candidates with manufacturing or industrial B2B experience.
Profiles from FMCG, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, BFSI, EdTech, IT Services, or other non-industrial sectors will not be considered.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
