We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager – Optical Retail Showroom who can join our team immediately at Chennai
Candidates with 5–7+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical and luxury retail, are encouraged to apply.
Job Summary
Lead the overall operations, sales, profitability, and customer experience of the optical showroom while ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, team performance, and brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive store sales, profitability, and business targets.
· Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
· Lead, train, coach, and motivate the store team.
· Monitor sales performance and achieve KPIs.
· Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
· Ensure attractive visual merchandising and brand standards.
· Oversee cash management, billing, and store administration.
· Coordinate with vendors/labs for timely order fulfilment.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
· Maintain excellent communication and customer service.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
