Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Office Secretary / Executive Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily office coordination, scheduling meetings, handling calls and emails, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks.
Handle calls, emails, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management.
Prepare letters, emails, reports, MOM, notices, and other official documents.
Maintain files, records, documents, and confidential company data properly.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and visitors.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely updates to management.
Manage office correspondence and ensure professional communication.
Assist in travel bookings, calendar management, and office arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality of company and management-related information.
Support HR/Admin team in documentation and coordination work whenever required.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Email.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Professional personality and polite communication.
Good drafting skills for emails and official letters.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Additional diploma/certification in office administration will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as Office Secretary, Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or Office Coordinator.
Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
