About the Role
Placepanth Rosorsa LLP is looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters, Lead Generation Executives, and Sales Executives to support our business development and client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Bench Sales Recruiter
- Market and place IT consultants with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates and close placements.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers.
Lead Generation Executive
- Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM records.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings.
Sales Executive
- Contact prospective clients and present company services.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
