Responsible of supplier interface to define new and right mechanical solution of machine center and it’s application.
Define mechanical component and solution for custom option of machine center and application (customer request)
Dialogue with fluidic, electrical and controls engineering to complete machine center content and it’s application.
Develop and release mechanical drawing for machine center content and it’s application.
Troubleshoot mechanical during debug and testing of machine center and application.
Help service technician to troubleshoot mechanical on machine center and application at customer plant.
Modify mechanical design of machine center content and application.
Understand priority and acts according to the directives of the engineering manager.
Cooperates with Vigel Italy Engineering department to professionally represent the company, gather information, ask the right question necessary to understand and qualify customer request.
Identifies the right technical solution and proceed to define right mechanical solution for machine center content it’s application.
Perform mechanical design modification for retrofit, refurbish of machine center and it’s application.
Execute mechanical modifications as customer request on machine center content and it’s application.
Perform test of mechanical component on machine center and application.
Collaborates with the technical, service and production department to qualify problems and to complete the activities.
Ability to use software for mechanical design (preferred Inventor and Pro Engineering)
Previous experience in mechanical design of machine center content and/or fixture design.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
