- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of security guards and supervisors.
- Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections across the facility.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, thefts, and policy violations, and submit detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response during fire, medical emergencies, and security threats.
- Ensure proper implementation of security policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct security briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for security staff.
- Verify attendance, deployment, and shift handovers of security personnel.
- Liaise with local police, fire authorities, and emergency services when required.
- Maintain records of incidents, visitor management, gate passes, key registers, and daily occurrence reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with client and company security requirements.
- Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
