Roles and Responsibilities A) Lead Generation and Leads Management ❖ Manage and respond to the leads/ inquiries promptly and effectively. ❖ Develop referral partners to generate potential leads and business opportunities. ❖ Generate 50% of leads through networking, referrals and prospecting (company provides remaining 50%). ❖ Conduct outbound calls, meetings, site visits and follow ups with leads. ❖ Understand client requirements properly and Prepare rough project estimates based on client requirements. ❖ Convert more than 30% of the leads to clients ❖ To achieve the conversion/ sales targets for the periods. B) Client Management ❖ Maintain strong professional relationship with the clients, representing the company. ❖ Conduct client meetings along with the designers to finalize the drawings. ❖ Coordinate with the design team to share drawings with the factory. ❖ Prepare final project estimates, work orders and documentation. ❖ Ensure timely collection & submission of advance, part payments and final payments. ❖ Achieve design to factory targets for the period. ❖ Resolution of issues and ensure client satisfaction. ❖Meet the additional requirements of the clients in execution stage and completed projects. ❖ Obtain client feedback upon project completion and get references.
