Job Description – Surveyor (Real Estate)
Position: Surveyor
Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
- Perform building marking, layout marking, road marking, and boundary demarcation as per approved plans.
- Operate and handle Total Station (TS) independently for site survey activities.
- Carry out topographical surveys, contour surveys, and site measurements.
- Verify site dimensions and prepare survey reports for project execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, CAD designers, and project teams to ensure accurate site marking.
- Maintain survey records, field books, and measurement data.
- Assist in land acquisition and project development activities by providing survey-related inputs.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with approved layouts and statutory requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Total Station (TS) operation and data processing.
- Knowledge of building marking and layout marking.
- Experience in land surveying and site measurement.
- Ability to read and interpret survey drawings, layout plans, and FMB sketches.
- Knowledge of Auto Level and DGPS will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI Surveyor / Civil Engineering / Relevant Technical Qualification.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Land Development projects.
- Hands-on experience in Total Station surveying and building/layout marking.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Familiarity with survey software and data transfer methods is preferred.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
