We work with businesses, institutions and individuals across a wide range of printing requirements — from brochures, books and business cards to invitations, packaging, variable data printing and other customised print solutions.
We are looking for a young, energetic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us expand our client base and strengthen our presence across Coimbatore.
About the Role
This is a field-oriented sales and marketing role suited to someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and discovering new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their printing requirements, presenting our capabilities, generating quotations, following up and converting opportunities into orders.
You will also play an active role in building AutoPrint Press's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Make cold calls to prospective customers.
- Identify and approach new business prospects across Coimbatore.
- Visit new prospects and existing clients regularly.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions.
- Prepare and provide quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Identify potential print requirements within businesses and proactively pitch relevant solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with payment collection.
- Maintain basic records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
Digital Marketing
- Create and post regular content on AutoPrint Press's social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities to showcase our work through photographs, videos, Reels and other content.
- Manage and update the company's Google Business Profile.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews.
- Respond appropriately to basic digital enquiries and customer interactions.
- Help improve AutoPrint Press's online visibility and reputation.
Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in fresh graduates aged 21–25 who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.
You should be:
- A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Confident and presentable.
- Comfortable speaking to new people.
- Extroverted, approachable and energetic.
- Able to understand and communicate client requirements clearly.
- Willing to travel extensively within Coimbatore for client meetings.
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up persistently.
- Curious and willing to learn the nuances of the printing and print-production business.
- Comfortable using smartphones, social media and current digital platforms.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and similar platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Organised and good at maintaining follow-ups.
- Fluent in English and Tamil; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
What Matters More Than Experience
We are open to freshers.
You don't need to know everything about printing when you join us.
What we do expect is the willingness to learn the business from the ground up — understanding different printing processes, paper types, finishes, quantities, pricing, timelines and what works best for different customers.
