Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in civil construction to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report updates to management
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work
- Ensure safety compliance at the site
- Manage materials and site resources effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of site execution and supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
