*Job Profile: MIS Executive**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing data to drive informed decision-making processes. This role requires a strong expertise in Google Sheets, SAP reporting, and data analytics, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our reporting systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Management and Reporting:**
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Google Sheets for data structuring, automation, and advanced functions to streamline reporting processes.
- Manage and analyze production, inventory, and operational data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
- Extract and integrate data from SAP systems into Google Sheets to enhance data-driven decision-making.
2. **Dashboard Development:**
- Utilize Looker Studio to design and develop interactive dashboards for real-time data visualization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create visual representations of data to support strategic planning.
3. **Data Analytics:**
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational improvements.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
4. **Process Optimization:**
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within data workflows to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices for data management and reporting to ensure consistency and reliability across the organization.
5. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, inventory, and operations, to understand data needs and provide support.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in Google Sheets, including formulas, data structuring, automation, and advanced functions.
- Proficiency in SAP reporting, data extraction, and integration with Google Sheets.
- Experience with Looker Studio for developing interactive dashboards and real-time data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize data workflows.
- Relevant certifications or courses in Google Sheets automation, Looker Studio, SAP, or data analytics are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools and software.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and key performance indicators.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
