A Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The role requires working closely with management and department heads to build a productive, compliant, and employee-centric workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.).
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Support training, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower planning, and workforce analytics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain all statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Immediate Joiner Preferred.
- Must Know Telugu & English Language (Hindi Optional).
