Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Draft and manage emails, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets and MIS reports for tracking data and tasks.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and business-related activities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist the Director in administrative tasks and special projects.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
