We are looking for a Solutions Consultant who can work closely with clients to understand business challenges, identify capability gaps, and design impactful talent and learning solutions.
This role combines consulting, research, stakeholder management, solution design, and program execution. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems, working with senior stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into practical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business needs and identify capability gaps.
- Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving to develop recommendations.
- Design and present solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support execution of consulting, learning, and talent initiatives.
Ideal Background
- 3–10 years of experience in HR Consulting, Learning & Development Consulting, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Assessment & Development, or Business Consulting.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
