We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy ‑ Incharge for driving pharmacy sales and achieving business targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. The role includes promoting pharmacy products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high sales conversion. The candidate will monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pharmacy Team Lead / Multi-Store Manager role
- Handling pharmacy sales and business growth.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Field-ready mindset
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
