Job Summary: As a Web Developer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites for the customer’s team
- Integrate backend APIs and efficiently handle data exchange between frontend and backend services
- Collaborate closely with design teams to deliver seamless, visually appealing user experiences
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications to ensure high performance and scalability
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Contribute to project planning and offer insights on technical feasibility and solutions
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating modern, accessible layouts
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for dynamic web functionality
- In-depth experience integrating and consuming backend APIs
- Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams and using digital project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms
- Prior experience working with international or Silicon Valley-based companies
- Exposure to version control systems like Git
- Relevant experience is mandatory
- Strong expertise in the required technology/domain
- Laptop or Desktop is compulsory
