Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative products. The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements post-launch.
Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in product development or product management.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of launching successful products.
