We are committed to excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction while building a strong and reliable healthcare supply network.Key Responsibilities* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.* Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.* Prepare and reconcile bank statements.* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).* Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.* Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.* Generate tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.* Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and tax consultants.* Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.* Monitor cash flow and expense management.* Perform inventory and stock reconciliation with the warehouse team.* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualifications & Skills* Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.* 2–3 years of experience in accounting.* Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.* Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.* Good understanding of MS Office.* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
